    These sessions are highly effective if you have an injury and require specific rehabilitation. Also for regular clients wanting to discuss new goals or concerns/injuries. It is essential for new clients to complete at least one private session before joining studio group classes.

    Getting back to movement postpartum is so important for your physical, mental, and emotional health. For women 6 weeks postpartum - or once clearance has been given to return to exercise - up until your child becomes mobile.

Semi Private Studio

Individualised programs tailored to your needs and goals. A combination of functional exercises performed in the fully equipped studio inc. Trapeze Table, Reformers, Mat, Combo Chair, Tower, High Barrel, Spine Corrector and Small Apparatus. With the ability to adjust the equipment through spring resistance, to enhance the level or support the body, these classes are suitable for almost ‘every body’, from beginners to advanced, rehabilitation, pre and post natal and people of all ages.

Mat Pilates

Mat classes provide the perfect introduction to learn the foundations of the Pilates method. Includes the use of small apparatus - magic circle, foam rollers, fit balls, bands, hand weights, small pilates ball. The options are endless. Don’t be fooled, these classes will challenge you more than you know!

These classes are designed for injury-free clients and is a progressive class. Pre-natal clients welcome.

Mums with Bubs.

Getting back to movement postpartum is so important for your physical, mental, and emotional health. What better way than to move with others, in a supportive and gentle environment. Bring your bub along and support your body through the 4th trimester of healing. Includes the use of a variety of small apparatus.

For women six weeks postpartum (or once clearance has been given to return to exercise) up until your child becomes mobile

  • A time for you to learn the foundations and principles of the Pilates method and assist you to achieve a better understanding of your body. During these sessions we will discuss any relevant injuries and health conditions and most importantly your specific goals. You will become familiar with the equipment as we begin to progress through exercises and have you ready to join a semi private group Includes an Initial Consultation and 2 x Private Classes

  • For new clients, with previous pilates experience, joining the Ma’at Studio Pilates community. During your consultation we will discuss any areas of concern; your specific goals; and a general assessment of how your body moves.

  • These sessions are highly effective if you have an injury and require specific rehabilitation. Also for regular clients wanting to discuss new goals or concerns/injuries.
