    Individualised programs tailored to your needs and goals. A combination of functional exercises performed in the fully equipped studio. Develop your body awareness and improve strength, mobility, core stabilisation, flexibility and posture.

Mat Pilates

    Mat classes provide the perfect introduction to learn the foundations of the Pilates method. These classes are designed for injury-free clients and is a progressive class. Pre-natal clients welcome.

Mums with Bubs

  • For women six weeks postpartum (or once clearance has been given to return to exercise) up until your child becomes mobile.

    Getting back to movement postpartum is so important for your physical, mental, and emotional health. What better way than to move with others, in a supportive and gentle environment. Bring your bub along and support your body through the 4th trimester of healing. Includes the use of a variety of small apparatus.

My love and passion continues to grow as I see transformation of my clients, exhibiting the six key Pilates principles; breath, concentration, control, flow, precision and being centred.

A time for you to learn the foundations and principles of the Pilates method and assist you to achieve a better understanding of your body. Are you new to Pilates? Get in touch with Pene and book our Introductory Package, which includes an Initial Consultation and 2 x Private Classes. For new clients joining, with previous pilates experience, get in touch with Pene and book your Initial Consultation. During these sessions we will discuss any relevant injuries and health conditions and most importantly your specific goals. You will become familiar with the equipment as we begin to progress through exercises and have you ready to join a semi private group.
